Taro Adventure with Children with Cerebral Palsy

Taro Snack is committed to participate in the development of children’s potential through activities that are packed in the form of informal and adventurous activities. Adhering to the principle that adventure is for all children and to realize the ideals that Indonesian children can grow up happily then coincide with the Cerebral Palsy Day which falls on October 2, Taro held a series of CSR activities in collaboration with the Foundation of Sentuhan Kasih Karunia.

The foundation has a vision to improve and optimize the child with cerebral palsy to have the potential and the standard of living among others, by establishing their independence in the field of rehabilitation education for children with cerebral palsy, providing training, education and home education program for parents with children who suffer cerebral palsy, optimizing community care for children with cerebral palsy.

Taro support these activities because many who do not know about Cerebral Palsy, but a lot of disabled kids who need a helping hand both morally and materially. The series of activities such as participation in events held by the Foundation of Sentuhan Kasih Kurnia on September 29, 2013 in the Central Park where Taro make his own creative birthday cake, playing with rabbits to stimulate the brain and help them learn to explore the environment.

Continued with Taro activity show in Summarecon Mal Serpong (SMS) from October 7 – October 13, 2013 in the form of indoor activities such as wall climbing, caving and Taro tree house, children’s creativity stage and also collecting donations in addition to donating a portion of product sales through foundations. Taro expect with activities and the collaboration with Foundation Sentuhan Kasih Karunia, most people will know, understand and take care of the existence of an infected Cerebral Palsy which is quite a lot in Indonesia.
