Referring to the Regulation of Financial Services Authority (“POJK”) No. 33 / POJK.04 / 2014 of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Public Company and POJK No. 31 /POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by the Issuer or Public Company we hereby inform that PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (the “Company”) on January 7th, 2016 has received a resignation letter from Mr. Ridha DM Wirakusumah as his position as Commissioner of the Company, which resignation is effective immediately subject to the provisions of legislation in force.
